Case Study // Problem

Many clients use InfoReady for nomination processes. We direct them to follow these guidelines: Nominations : InfoReady Support Portal. At present, we utilize a variety of features to accommodate nomination processes. We seek to begin building tools to better support nomination processes.

Solution

We will begin to provide better support for nomination processes with the creation of a nomination tool in the Form Designer template that will allow administrators to have applicants (nominators) identify one or more nominees and, if desired, display data about that nominee in requirements form fields as contained within the platform. In addition, we will allow the administrator to include the nominee in various personalized communications during the nomination process compared to today’s options where the nominee receives communications designed for the applicant or communications designed for reviewers.
