User Experience // Internship

Company:

Objective:

As the sole creative led on the team I was tasked with launching usability testing on the "Connect 2 Agencies" new site. As well as with creating, managing, and data collection aspect of the branches social media outlets.

Mission:

The mission of "Connect 2 Agencies" was to connect public safety workers directly to hiring police departments, firehouses, etc. Bellow is a sample explanation on the companies website that further communicates to users from the hiring perspective of the utilization from the site.

"1- Claim Agency Directory Listing Page

The best way to start managing your agency listing is by claiming it so you can update your agency information. No coding experience necessary!

2- Update Information, Opportunities, and Pay Incentives

Add in agency information to highlight current opportunities, FAQs, recruitment or showcase video, directions, salary, and pay incentives.

3- Manage Agency Listing

Use the Dashboard to monitor agency listing page traffic, new job seeker leads, and form submissions."
